Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Tandoor Express website, online ordering, dine-in reservation services, and party catering.

Acceptance of Agreement
By placing an order online, reserving a table, booking catering services, or using the Tandoor Express portal, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Food Orders, Pricing & Taxes
All food items are subject to daily catch and kitchen ingredient availability. We reserve the right to modify prices, menu offerings, and promotional deals without prior notice.
- Government Taxes: Applicable GST and local taxes will be billed separately at checkout in compliance with statutory Indian food service regulations.
- Payment Modes: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
- Delivery Radiuses: Doorstep delivery is available within designated Mangalore operational zones. Additional delivery charges may apply based on distance.
2. Table Reservations & Dine-in Rules
To maintain smooth restaurant operations and serve our guests efficiently:
- Grace Period: Reserved tables will be held for up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled reservation time. If your party is delayed, please contact us immediately.
- Special Events: Large party reservations (8+ guests) or banquet bookings may require an advance booking deposit.
- Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry in the interest of safety and decorum.
3. Allergen & Dietary Information
Our kitchen handles fresh seafood (Anjal, Squid, Prawns, Crab), dairy (Ghee, Butter, Paneer), nuts, and gluten. While our master chefs follow strict hygiene protocols, cross-contact with allergens may occur.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, trademarks, brand names ("Tandoor Express"), photographic assets, and original recipe documentation are the exclusive property of Tandoor Express and Gurpur Anandraya Shenoy & Sons. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial reproduction is prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
